Tasman Holiday Parks - Serpentine Falls

Booked a space for a tent. Woke up in the middle of the night with 40+ kmh winds that bent the tent poles. Had to unbuild the tent and sleep in the car. Now I have a broken tent. The park should advise campers that the area has strong winds picking up at night, and should provide protected areas for tents. The female toilets had constant running water in several faulty sinks, which wasted insane amounts of water. Mosquitoes massacred at night.

Great service by managment.Clean amenties,kitchen, laundry too.Lovley grassed area for camping.

We went there for camping with kids. But it was too windy. We couldn't sleep first night at all. We booked for two nights. So we went to the office and explained everything to the lady. She was so nice pardon me I forgot your name. Thanks a lot for understanding our situation and she refunded us one days money..

I wished they cater for disabled people as it's very hard to get them up the steps as most parks you go to they go rooms for disable the staff for nice

This place is so dirty.Unpowered / powered sites right next to the highway.Pool is disgusting.The worst campsite around Perth.

The room wasn't terribly clean, heaps of spiders webs and outdoor area hadn't been cleaned for a while.The bed was an average looking chipboard frame and we broke it and had to pay nearly as much for the room for a new bed frame. In hindsight we should have taken pictures.

We booked a two bedroom chalet at 7.30am on a Sunday for one night for 2 adults and a child.Upon arrival at 3pm we were told that our booking can not be found which is not true because we received a confirmation email shortly after we booked. The lady that manages the caravan park said that they had no clean rooms. At the end she managed to get us our chalet but it was not clean and the beds were not made.She seemed to feel bad and offered us a full refund that we never ended up receiving.We made an early booking that was not seen by the management because it was her day off and they obviously they forgot to block their calendar so they would not receive a booking on that day and then we were kind of questioned by her as how did we make this booking. Um through a website that showed availability for your caravan park on that day. How else?We never asked for a refund but just because it was said we would get it and never did is not cool. We even helped clean the chalet and made the beds with her which is not part of the deal when you pay $260 per night and it was clearly their error.I phoned them a week later to see what is happening with the money and she again said oh yeah I'm not going to charge you for that and still no refund.

Very quiet and good facilities, coffe shop and petrol station by walking distance. Very windy though. good if you wanna be away from town :)

Clean amenities, nice pool for warmer days. Grass sites are lovely, rock (big rocks) gravel sites however are not. We have stayed a few times & will make a point of asking not to be located on a gravel site. Live music on a stay was great!

Unpowered camping area a bit rough on the ground with plenty of ants. Otherwise a great spot with a pool, camp kitchen and toilet block.Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
